We have an exciting opportunity for interns wanting to work and learn about the temporary staffing industry and possibly grow with us over the long term. We are seeking goal-oriented individuals with an entrepreneurial spirit that are willing to go above and beyond to help grow the company. Candidates that are outgoing, sharp, and competitive and are driven, fully prepared to work in a fast-paced team environment, should apply.
Must be motivated to successfully conduct research and leads to ensure that we are working with the best of the best to grow our business and their experience. Our Business Interns will attend networking events, shadow initial conversations, contribute to marketing efforts and support business development. Interns will undertake blog post assignments, creative projects and contribute to meetings. With us still being a startup, interns will have the opportunity to work directly with the executive of the company. These internships could easily turn into full time paid opportunities. RESPONSIBILITIES: Communicate daily on leads, feedback, status check-ins Exude initiative and creative approaches to exceed expectations Conduct research for partner outreach and generate 5-10 leads daily Assist in the creation of email campaigns and online promotion Assist in the distribution or delivery of marketing materials Perform analysis of marketing and sales data and competitor research. Create a system to enter contact information; Coordinate sales effort with team members Keep abreast of best practices and promotional trends Prepare notes/research for discovery calls Administrative tasks. REQUIREMENTS: Proficient and active on social media platforms Google docs, and Microsoft Word and Excel skills Dependable, thorough and precise in every task Familiarity CRM practices along with ability to build productive business professional relationships Highly motivated and target-driven Prioritizing time management and organizational skills Highly coachable being open to feedback and constructive criticism Proficiency using Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets College concentration in finance, business, communications, and marketing preferred EXPERIENCE PREFERRED (But Not Required): Marketing: 1 year Communications: 1 year Business Development: 1 year OPPORTUNITY TYPE: 20-week Internship in exchange for college credit at the end of the program. Full-Time paid job opportunities may be offered (dependent on performance) Commission-based income. Will be paid per lead and per deal closed
